Cold weather to return to north

Accident leaves one dead, 11 injured

BINH DINH — A traffic accident killed one person instantly and injured 11 others yesterday on National Highway 1A in Phu Cat District, central Binh Dinh Province.

The injured people were rushed to Binh Dinh General Hospital and Phu Cat Hospital for treatment.

Both cars burned to ashes after the alleged head-on collision.
