S-Fone and Vietnammobile reduce call fees

HA NOI – S-Fone and Vietnamobile reduced their service fees for mobile phone subscribers today.

The two telecom firms' decision to reduce rates were unveiled after similar initiatives by Viettel, VinaPhone and MobiFone last month.

The fees were cut by an average of 15 per cent for subscribers using Standard, Economy, 4M, Daily and Smile, reported S-Fone.

S-Fone Executive Manager Ho Hong Son said the price reduction was not a competition-based initiative.

Vietnamobile also announced that it would cut its charges by 10 per cent on average for all service packages.- VNS
