The Overseas Labour Management Department has set a target of sending 90,000 workers abroad this year. According to the department, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, in 2011, more than 88,000 Vietnamese workers were sent to work in nearly 40 countries and territories.
